At MNTN, I led the design of the Performance Operations Center (POC), a comprehensive platform for real-time monitoring and alert management of our proprietary performance TV ad technology. The POC’s primary objective is to provide engineers with an intuitive interface to oversee complex data structures and swiftly address any performance issues.
Design Objectives:
User-Centered Interface: Develop a dashboard that presents complex data in a clear, actionable format, enabling engineers to quickly identify and respond to alerts.
Comprehensive Monitoring: Ensure all processes and interdependencies within the ad-serving technology are monitored, with each data link capable of sending alerts when performance deviates from established standards.
