I currently lead a collaborative team that embraces new technologies and strives to push the envelope creating groundbreaking UX. I’ve won Emmy’s for my work on digital story telling and have spearheaded UX initiatives to significantly increase revenue across all the companies I’ve worked for.
Listening to customers through quantitative and quantitative feedback and taking that research an applying it to my work is something I take great pride in. Design Thinking and unifying product vision is something I’ve written articles about it and continue to evangelize in every aspect of my work and my career.
My passion is empowered by a love of new technology, strategic planning with data driven insights and solving unique development challenges. My teams embrace design thinking when envisioning new products leading the conversation to a streamlined product vision.
My engineering teams write clean, DRY code that takes into account page speed and improving UX. I take great pride in creating experiences that enhance and delight. Designing unique, useable interfaces keeps the users diving in for more.
What I’m doing now
Currently I work at MNTN as the Head of Product design managing 5+ product designers across 8 different squads. I’m a champion of UX data analytics, design & development workflow. My track record of producing new exciting features and products quickly and efficiently for my employer is due to the pride I take in my craft. Not to mention, I have a lot of fun doing it.

I was at Newsday for 12 years starting as a Flash designer and working my way up to Director of User Experience.
2016: Promoted to director of UX & Design
2015: Established and managed an agile product management team of to act as the bed for innovative UX across all media platforms.
2013 – 2014: Spearheaded the design and development of the new amny.com, the first responsive web application created by the interactive department
2012: UX design and front end development of a new website for news12.com based on the establish framework of Newsday.com
2011: Trained and managed a growing team of 4 UI designers to assist in development of enhancements to newsday.com, amny.com and exploreli.com
2010: Collaborated with editorial to design and develop a new website for exploreli.com
2009: Managed a team of 5 comprised of designers and developers to create the first self hosted Newsday.com website in a new CMS system for the whole organization
2008: Designed and developed flash based applications for special projects
